大晦日におみくじ引いてみた
I tried drawing an omikuji on New Year’s Eve
On December 31st, I visited a shrine called Munakata Taisha.
After offering my prayers, I drew an omikuji fortune slip with a charm inside, and to my surprise,
it was “Half Good Fortune.” (=゚ω゚)=゚ω゚)
There are many types of charms, but mine had a maneki neko (beckoning cat), which made me really happy!

No. 17 – Half Good Fortune
For those who draw this fortune:
Just as one is captivated by flowers in full bloom without tiring of their beauty, do not rush through matters. Like flowers in the rain, this is a time for patience and restraint. Acting impulsively might invite misfortune. Wait for the right moment, and brighter days will come.
Health: Recovery will be slow but steady if you follow your doctor’s advice.
Love & Marriage: Wait for the right time; a bright future lies ahead.
Awaited Person: Will not come.
Lawsuit: Be cautious and avoid unnecessary actions.
Lost Item: Will be found in time.
Business Transactions: Best to wait for now.
Construction/Relocation: Wait for an appropriate time.
Travel: Better to refrain for now.
Financial Luck: Opportunities may arise if you wait patiently.
Exams: Success is possible if you work within your abilities.
